now our owner, Art Smith, has been perfecting his unique cooking
techniques, specializing in smoked and grilled beef, pork, chicken and veggies too! Treat your guests to his signature
Authentic Carolina Pulled Pork (smoked 12 hours) and “falling
off the bone,” tender ribs. Though we specialize in
barbecues and grilling we can tailor a meal to suit any taste or
budget. Serving everything from hotdogs and beans to caviar,
lobster and champagne, our food, service and attention to detail
are what make us unique and set us apart from any other outdoor
venue.
Served buffet
style, our home cooked meals are kept fresh and hot, providing
an ample three hour time frame for you and your guests. All menu
selections are prepared using the freshest possible ingredients,
grilled and served as needed. All menus include hot coffee,
bottled water and soft drinks.
